How AIME handles data
AIME is a service of Tikor Consulting LLC (Spokane, Washington). This page explains, in plain terms, what data we use to build our targeting analysis, what we collect when you contact us, and how we treat both. Last updated June 19, 2026.

The data behind our analysis
AIME's precinct targeting is built entirely on public election data — sources such as the Washington Secretary of State, the U.S. Census, the FEC, and the state Public Disclosure Commission (PDC). We work with this data in aggregate form only: precinct-level totals and rates. No individual voter or donor records are part of our analysis, and none ever appear in the reports we deliver.
AIME sits upstream of your voter file. We tell you which precincts to work; your voter file (e.g. VoteBuilder/VAN) handles who you contact once you're there. We do not need, request, or store your voter file to produce our standard analysis.
Information you send us
When you submit the contact form or email us, we collect what you provide — typically your name, email, organization, the race you're asking about, and your message. We use it solely to respond to you, schedule a demo, and prepare a quote. The website form is processed by Web3Forms, which forwards the submission to our inbox; it is subject to that provider's terms. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except as needed to respond to you or as required by law.
If you check the "reference / case-study campaign" box, we treat that only as your interest in being contacted about that option — nothing is published without your separate, explicit approval.
Client data shared during an engagement
If, during a paid engagement, you choose to share campaign information or data with us, we handle it confidentially and use it only for your engagement. For anything sensitive, we recommend a mutual NDA before exchange — we have a standard one and are glad to sign yours. Detailed pricing and any sample data sets are shared under that NDA.
Cookies & tracking
This site is static and does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. We do not track you across other sites. (If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we'll note it here.)
Data retention & your choices
We keep contact-form messages and engagement materials as long as needed for our business relationship and reasonable record-keeping, then dispose of them. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you've sent us — just email the address below.
A note on terms of use
The content of this site is provided for general information, "as is," without warranty. Pricing shown or quoted is an estimate until confirmed in a written engagement. The services themselves are governed by the separate agreement you sign with Tikor Consulting LLC, which controls if anything here conflicts with it.
